Who is the Singer for previous So2Me Releases?

We get asked this a lot, and honestly, it makes sense! When you hear something you vibe with, you wanna know who’s behind it. So, short answer: Yes, it's us! Take Muslim in the West, for example—that was me (LeAnn) singing. About 80% of the songs you hear are from us, with a few features from other talented singers too.

Think of So2Me like a record label, but not exactly. It’s more like SoundVision—operating similarly but not quite the same. So2Me actually started out as a husband-and-wife duo making cartoons. But, real talk, they quickly realized they were in a bit over their heads (Don’t fire me, Brother Jahid!). So, they pivoted to Islamic music and reached out to me and my crew to see if we were interested in recording some tracks.

Fast forward to the success of those songs, and Brother Jahid (May Allah Reward him) approached us with a proposal: “Wanna start a band?” They offered to re-release our old songs under a new name, but I had a better idea. I wanted Savage Deen to start fresh—a whole new beginning.

And alhamdulilah, here we are—ready to take the Muslim world by storm! With So2Me’s support and our music, I KNOW we can create some amazing things, inshallah!
